My service package & pricing is explained below. I serve Castle Rock, Colorado and surrounding areas (Please contact me for further information). I truly believe that everyone should have access to a doula, so I will do my best to work with you to find a payment method that works for you.

Some of the options that are available:

  • Some insurance companies will reimburse you if you send them a superbill.

  • Many people are able to use their Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for doula support, either with their card or through reimbursement.

  • Adding a ‘doula fund’ to your baby registry and have friends & family contribute.

  • I also offer flexible payment plans!

  • INVESTMENT: $1500

    • 30-45 minute consultation

    • 60 minute prenatal planning appointment

    • 45-60 minute meeting before due date if needed

    • Text and Email support throughout your pregnancy

    • 24/7 on-call service starting at 38 weeks until birth

    • Continuous labor support, including partner coaching

    • Immediate postpartum & lactation support following the birth of your baby

    • 90 minute in-home postpartum & lactation check-in between 1 and 3 weeks after the birth of your baby

    • Email and text support as needed up to 6 weeks postpartum

    • Tips on getting a good start to breastfeeding

    • Assistance with correct latch and positioning

    • Help with overcoming common barriers to breastfeeding

    • Encouragement for proper nutrition and hydration for lactation

    • Help with breastfeeding concerns, including referrals to lactation consultants

    • Ideas on how family and friends can give support

  • Prenatal Support:

    • 2-3 meetings to discuss birth preferences, fears, and any questions.

    • Assistance in creating a birth plan that aligns with the mother's wishes.

    • Education about the birthing process, comfort techniques, and coping strategies during labor.

    Emotional and Physical Support During Labor:

    • On-call availability around the clock as the due date approaches.

    • Continuous support during labor, providing comfort measures, encouragement, and reassurance.

    • Advocacy for the mother's birth plan with the medical team while ensuring informed decision-making.

    Postpartum Support:

    • Initial support after birth to assist with breastfeeding or lactation, if needed.

    • Follow-up visits (1-2) to discuss the birth experience, offer emotional support, and assist with any postpartum concerns.

    • Referrals to resources or support groups as required for the new mother's well-being.

    Information and Guidance:

    • Providing evidence-based information about childbirth options, interventions, and procedures.

    • Offering guidance and resources for the partner or support person to be involved during labor.

    Continuous Availability:

    • Being available via phone, text, or email for any questions or concerns throughout the pregnancy and postpartum period.

    Advocacy and Encouragement:

    • Acting as an advocate for the mother's birth preferences, ensuring her voice is heard and respected.

    • Providing emotional support and encouragement, promoting a positive and empowering birth experience.
